VILLA BATU KALAM
--the industrialist design with approach old feel to the design--
This 4-story industrialist themed accommodation is equipped with a sky cafe in the roof top area located in Kemiling, Bandar Lampung which offers a panoramic view of the city with a cafe as a communal area.
The industrial concept applied looks beautiful. Wide jalousie windows were chosen for ventilation to get an old feel to the design. The space is made to have wide openings in addition to providing natural lighting, as well as so that residents can feel the nuances of the natural surroundings. Home residents can interact optimally with the outside space and can enjoy the view at any time.
The facade wall in the stairwell area leading to the sky cafe is made to look unique with a zig-zag arrangement of bricks, where the installation technique uses iron so that the bricks have holes on both sides.
